The Chautauqua Lake Region AACA was founded in 1957. It is one of over 400 chapters affiliated with the national club. The Chautauqua Lake region chapter is very dynamic with a membership of over 100 men and women. Ownership of an antique car is not required, only an interest in old cars is all that is needed to enjoy the hobby. Collecting literature and memorabilia, attending car shows and cruise-ins are some of the reasons people join the club. The activities of the club are varied. The largest undertaking is the Automotive Flea Market held the third weekend in May at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds in Dunkirk, NY. 2018 will be the 50th Anniversary of the Flea Market. The entire show is planned and staffed by club members. Vendors from several neighboring states and Canada join local vendors to fill the Fairgrounds to sell new and used parts, toys, tools and memorabilia. There is a car corral where you can even purchase a car.
Join the Chautauqua Lake Region AACA May 18-20, 2018 for their 50th Flea Market. For more information visit www.clraaca-dunkirk-flea-market.org.
